The iconic Union Pacific FEF-1 has been faithfully recreated in brick built form, capturing the sleek lines and powerful presence of Union Pacific’s famous 4-8-4 “Northern” type steam locomotives. Built for both display and operation, this model is powered by two Power Functions–style L motors housed inside the boiler, with the battery box concealed in the tender.
 
Included with the kit are premium GoBricks elements as well as custom 3D-printed driving wheels and side rods from MackBricks. GoBricks provide strong clutch power and excellent consistency, making this model both durable and enjoyable to build.
